Caroline Brown is a person centred life coach, trainer, facilitator and graphic recorder, having worked in social care services for 44 years managing services for people.
She has been a writer in residence in a care home and a secure care unit, developing poems and stories with people affected by dementia and has written a book with them called Two Different Shoes.
She also supported a young person to write their life story which was published.
She works in a primary school two days per week, coaching pupils and parents and helping them develop resilience, self confidence and esteem.
She has just completed a years course called Compassionate Inquiry, with Dr Gabor Mate whose work looks at the impact trauma can have on our bodies. This study was delivered to students from 70 countries and focuses on human development through the lens of science and compassion.
