Lapidus Scotland facilitator Bev Schofield (who runs Water Story) has teamed up with Adrienne Hannah to run a series of eight sessions on Mindfulness & Writing: practices to support you through the pandemic.

Sessions run on Fridays from 25 June until 14 August, 11.00–13.00, and are delivered online via Zoom.

At the sessions you will be introduced to practices that you will then be able to do on your own. Many people who have been doing Adrienne’s mindfulness and Bev’s creative writing have declared they helped with the difficulties of the pandemic of 2020.

You can take part in one, some or all of the sessions. There is no charge, and no limit to numbers of participants.
