Slow Ink (Mindfulness and Writing)

Bev Schofield and Adrienne Hannah have been leading online mindfulness and writing sessions since the summer of 2020, offering practices to support people through the pandemic and its aftermath.

Sessions have proved popular, and Bev and Adrienne are offering a series of a further six sessions in early 2023, on Saturdays from 10.00 to 12.00 noon:
