A Creative Reading and Writing Day
Activity Room, Kirkcaldy Galleries
Saturday, 25 March 2017 from 10:30 to 15:30
Facilitated by Maureen Sangster
This day will appeal to writers, storytellers and all those interested in the creative use of the written and spoken word for well-being.
A day of valuing words, of being authentic and freeing yourself from pressure, the morning workshop 10.30 – 12.30am will offer a chance to respond to reading round the theme of Taking Time while the afternoon 1.30 – 3.30pm will provide playful and meditative opportunities to write and discover the self.
Maureen Sangster is a writer and artist. Her most recent work is an audio book The Caerlaverock Cat, a tale in the Scots language. She also facilitates writing groups and a monthly crime fiction book group.
