Lapidus Scotland is seeking a Creative Project Manager to take forward its project ‘Words Work Well For Health and Wellbeing’, aprogramme of writing, storytelling and art activities and for wellbeing throughout Glasgow for people with long-term and often complex health conditions in a range of inspiring and healing settings. We have received funding from Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership via the Wellbeing for Longer in Glasgow Fund to continue this project for a further two years (2019 to 2021).
This is a self-employed position with a fee of £7200 for 72 days’ work spread across the period April 2019 to March 2021.
The role involves managing all aspects of the project including supporting the design and delivery of the four activity strands; liaising with facilitators and venues; the production of an anthology and best practice tools; marketing/social media; finance; evaluation and reporting; and attending regular management committee meetings.
We are looking for someone with experience of project management in the arts, health and/or community sector within Scotland, an understanding of the ethos of Lapidus Scotland and creative words for health and wellbeing, organisational, time management, financial and communication skills.
